Standard nozzle forward technique where you have that bail to the side and the pistol grip is out of the way. The folding pistol grip, a little known add on from TFT that you can add on any nozzle, I think 2008 and above. It's all aluminum construction and originally it was designed to make sure the nozzle would fit nicely in the crosslay. When you're repacking the hose, you have that option. You can deploy it or you can stow it nice and flat against that hose line.
